Job Description

  • Develop the BubbleBall customer service from the ground up
  • Play a key role in developing the brand experience across all facets of the business, not just customer service
  • Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prepare for customer inquiries by studying best in class customer service practices
  • Respond to customers via email, phone and social media
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding billing and shipping of orders
  • Help set up customer inquiry routing processes and systems
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of systems as they relate to customer service, including CRM, customer support and fulfillment systems


  • Minimum BS/BA degree or MBA
  • A minimum of 1-year customer service, sales or account management experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong follow-through ethic and the ability to support multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrives in a challenging startup environment
  • Native English speaker
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Organized, resourceful, and self-motivated with a very strong work ethic
  • Ability to stay calm when handling difficult customer experiences
  • Interest and experience in sports or events industries a plus
  • Experience managing other customer service representatives also a plus
  • Experience using systems such as and a big plus

Additional Information


  • $40,000 – $50,000 + stock options
