Job Description
- Develop the BubbleBall customer service from the ground up
- Play a key role in developing the brand experience across all facets of the business, not just customer service
- Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare for customer inquiries by studying best in class customer service practices
- Respond to customers via email, phone and social media
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding billing and shipping of orders
- Help set up customer inquiry routing processes and systems
- Identify opportunities for improvement of systems as they relate to customer service, including CRM, customer support and fulfillment systems
