Mahdad brings 15 years of leadership experience with expertise in product development and brand strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Finance and Information Systems and a Master of Arts degree from NYU where he conducted his thesis on the Critical Success Factors for Development of the Next Major American League Sport.
Director of Leagues at Skyzone Franchise Group directing the 700-team Ultimate Dodgeball Championship series, including local qualifiers at over 100 franchise parks and a championship event in Las Vegas, and exploring opportunities to expand the sport of Ultimate Dodgeball. He was the founder and former CEO of US Quidditch and managed the league over a ten-year period, expanding from 20 students playing the game on one college quad, to more than 170 official college club teams nationwide, over 4,100 registered individual players. and 300+ volunteers.
Latif is a venture and growth equity investor at Virgin Management, Sir Richard Branson’s family office. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Sportsrocket, Inc., a New York based company working to give sports fans access to live games and events, highlights, and shows; working with leading leagues, publishers, and rights-holders, including Major League Soccer, the PGA Tour, Scout Media, and AS Roma, to create and power customized OTT platforms. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Virgin Sport, an active lifestyle business focused on building active communities across the world through the operation of unique events in sports and fitness, and a Member of the Board of Directors of Virgin Produced, a production business focused on the development of film, television and branded content. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in Media, Entrepreneurship, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
A professor of branding, consumer marketing and sports management at Utah State University’s Jonn M. Huntsman School of Business. He is the author of the best-selling marketing strategy book, “The Marketing Game, How The World’s Best Companies Play to Win”. With experience at the XFL, Utah Jazz, Coca Cola and other corporations, overseeing marketing and sponsorship budgets in excess of $500M, Eric advises us on our annual marketing plans. He also works with our senior team on developing our longer term entertainment product.

He is also a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration at Harvard Business School where he teaches courses on investing in Emerging Markets and Real Property Asset Management. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Xander Group Inc. an institutional investment firm focused on long term, value investing. Xander invests primarily in companies which operate in the infrastructure, hospitality, entertainment, retail and real estate sectors, and currently manages equity capital in excess of $2 billion. Sid was President of his graduate class at Harvard Business School where he earned his MBA.

He is also Head of Product Partnerships at Uber where he oversees corporate partnerships and some of the biggest product integrations Uber creates. He was formerly Product Manager at Facebook Games and Director of Business Development at Facebook. He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and venture capitalism.
