Best practices for bubbleball safety

We recommend being in healthy shape as running around wearing a giant plastic bubble is more tiring than it looks! Players feel a little tired after getting knocked down a few times, so ensure they take regular breaks and stay hydrated.

When players fall down while playing there are techniques to getting up quickly with less effort. We recommend rolling face down and then getting up instead of trying to get up facing up.

We do not recommend playing with any existing injuries. Playing with a bubbleball can take a great deal of physical endurance. Of course that’s part of the fun of it! It is a great core body workout that is safe for people of all fitness levels.

We also do not recommend bubbleball activities for those with heart conditions or for women who are pregnant, due to the impact. While safe for regular users, under these conditions playing poses a higher health risk.
