Payment

Full payment is required at least 7 business days from Play Date.

Rescheduling Policy

In the event of a reschedule required by Customer for any reason within 1 – 7 days from Play Date, a change fee of $250 will be charged in addition to any other applicable venue change fees.

Refund Policy

No refunds for no-shows. For cancellations less than 7 calendar days before Play Date, 65% will be retained and balance will be refunded. Space Rental Fee refunds will be governed by the Venue’s cancellation policy. Please refer to Venue’s policy for full details.

We does not guarantee refunds nor takes responsibility for the Venue’s inability to provide any full or partial refunds. No refunds will be granted if your group is able to play but is not satisfied with the experience due to personal injuries or unforeseen traffic delays. In occurrences of delays of game due to unforeseen traffic we will offer a discount voucher at its discretion. Play Date will be rescheduled for free if games are cancelled by us due to weather conditions.
