Payment

Full payment is required at least 7 business days from Play Date.

If our venue search/permitting services are requested a $50 service charge will be billed.

Rescheduling Policy

In the event of a reschedule required by Customer for any reason within 1 – 7 days from Play Date, a change fee of $100 will be charged in addition to any other applicable venue change fees. Venue search fees are non-refundable and should not be considered a deposit on a rental as payment is for services rendered to contact venues on customers’ behalf whether or not a venue is obtained for the date requested by the customer.

Refund Policy

Venue search fees are are non-refundable but may be applied to a 2nd date if venue is not found for the 1st date requested.

No refunds for no-shows. For cancellations less than 7 calendar days before Play Date, 65% will be retained and balance will be refunded. Space Rental Fee refunds will be governed by the Venue’s cancellation policy. Please refer to Venue’s policy for full details.

We do not guarantee refunds nor take responsibility for the Venue’s inability to provide any full or partial refunds. No refunds will be granted if your group is able to play but is not satisfied with the experience due to personal injuries or unforeseen traffic delays. In occurrences of delays of game due to unforeseen traffic we will offer a discount voucher at its discretion. Play Date will be rescheduled for free if games are cancelled by us due to weather conditions.
