If a product you received was opened defective and as a result not functional, or damaged within normal use and within our warranty period, please submit the information below and we will send you a return label to replace the item. Replacement products usually take 3-7 days to be shipped from the date we receive your return shipping confirmation and are shipped via ground shipping, unless otherwise requested and paid for.
Products not functional due to missing parts, adhesives or labels which can be replaced are not eligible for return labels.
