Booking Policy

Payment:

A 50% deposit of the event package is required to start sourcing for a venue. We need a minimum of 3 weeks (prior to the Play Date) from the date a deposit is received to be able to start sourcing a venue. The package price does not include the venue rental fee, which will be charged separately upon confirmation of the venue. Venue rental & balance event package fee is required to confirm the venue and event. Full payment must be paid minimum 2 weeks prior to the Play Date. Payment must be made in the form of credit card (preferred), check, money order, or wire transfer payable to Bubbleball Inc.

Cancellation:

50% of the event package will be refunded if event is cancelled by customer minimum 7 days prior to the Play Date. Only 35% of the event package will be refunded if less than 7 days to the Play Date. Space Rental Fee refunds will be governed by the Venue’s cancellation policy. BubbleBall does not guarantee refund nor take responsibility for the Venue’s inability to provide any full or partial refunds.

Rescheduling:

If reasons beyond the control of BubbleBall disrupt or force the cancellation of an event, BubbleBall and Customer agree to reschedule the event at a mutually convenient date/time. In occurrences of delays of game due to unforeseen traffic BubbleBall will offer a discount voucher at its discretion. Play Date will be rescheduled for free if games are cancelled by BubbleBall due to weather conditions. No refunds/rescheduling will be granted due to light rain or sporadic showers. If an event is rescheduled by the customer 7 or more days before the Play Date, a fee of $150 will be applied. In the event of a reschedule required by Customer for any reason within 7 days from Play Date, a change fee of $250 will be charged in addition to any other applicable fees.
